Gable end rebuilt on a home in Royston, Cambridge

Description

This customer noticed that the gable end of his property was crumbling. Understandably alarmed by this, he called Browns Roofing.

Upon inspecting the roof, we discovered that the gable end had been overclad with uPVC cladding. The previous roofers had failed to remove the wood beneath. This had led to a build-up of condensation between the plastic and the wood resulting in rotten timbers.

The Browns Roofing team erected scaffolding and rebuilt the gable end. Next, we supplied/fitted new uPVC guttering, soffits and fascias.

The work took 3 days to complete.
