Fascia, Guttering and Bird Control in Over

Solution: New roofline installed with added bird combs.

Description

This project involved upgrading the fascia, soffit and guttering systems on a detached bungalow and its garage.

The existing fascia boards and guttering systems were replaced with white uPVC on the front and back of the bungalow, as well as on the garage.

To enhance drainage and prevent water damage, uPVC eve trays were installed on both structures. Additionally, bird combs were fitted on the eaves of the bungalow and garage to deter bird nesting.

The entire project was completed within a two-day timeframe.
