Description

This job addressed a common issue with older properties: rotting timber fascias. The existing timber fascias had deteriorated due to moisture buildup, causing the attached guttering to pull away from the roofline and posing a risk of water damage to the property.

Our team removed the old, rotten timber fascias and overclad materials. We then installed a complete system of new, white uPVC full replacement fascias and soffits. This included new guttering and eve trays to ensure efficient water drainage and prevent future moisture problems.

The new white uPVC fascias and soffits not only resolved the structural issues but also enhanced the look of the property, giving it a clean and modern look.
