Solution: New roofline installed, hip and bay window made good.

Description
A young couple had bought an old property as a "doer-upper". However, we discovered that the fascias and soffit boards were overclad and needed removing.

Overcladding is a cosmetic fix and doesn't resolve any underlying issues with rotting timbers and condensation.

We supplied and installed new white plastic uPVC fascias, guttering and soffits.

We had to also make good the roof hip (front and back) and bay window.

The work took five days to complete.
