Description

A homeowner contacted us after experiencing ongoing issues with birds nesting in their old wooden soffits. Over time, this led to damage and rotting timbers, weakening the roofline and creating maintenance problems. The customer wanted a long-term solution that would prevent further issues and improve the overall appearance of their home.

We started by carefully removing all the existing wooden soffits and fascias. Any rotten or damaged timbers were stripped out to ensure a solid foundation for the new installation. We then replaced everything with black uPVC fascias, soffits and guttering on both the main house and garage. This upgrade provided a durable, weather-resistant alternative to timber, reducing maintenance needs and preventing birds from nesting in the future.
