We were recently contacted by a homeowner in Trumpington who was experiencing a problem with their guttering. The swan neck, which connects the downpipe to the gutter, had become disconnected from the running outlet. This is a common issue, especially in older properties.

Because the property was three stories high, most companies quoted the customer for scaffolding to complete this small repair. This would have added a significant cost to the job.
