uPVC Fascias, Guttering & Barge Boards Installed in Fulbourn

Location: Fulbourn, Cambridgeshire.
Problem: The existing roofline and gable ends were old and in need of renewal.
Solution: The team installed new white uPVC fascia boards, square guttering and downpipes. Three gable ends were also renewed with new barge boards and soffits in white uPVC.

Browns Roofing was recommended by a neighbouring property due to the similarity of the houses. The project took four days to complete and involved key improvements to the property’s exterior.

The work included:

• New Fascia Boards: White uPVC fascia boards were installed, providing a clean and durable finish.

• Guttering and Downpipes: The old guttering was replaced with new white square uPVC guttering and downpipes for improved drainage.

• Gable End Renewal: Three gable ends were updated with new white uPVC barge boards and soffits, enhancing the property’s appearance.

The team ensured that all new installations were securely fitted and aligned with the existing structure. The project was completed efficiently and to a high standard.
