Description

We took a call from a landlord living in Spain. He'd received a message from one of his tenants.

They had noticed that the guttering was hanging off the property.

We visited the house and took photos so that the landlord could see the problem.

We later found out that out of all the roofers in Cambridge he'd contacted, we were the only ones to take the time to visit the property.

We got the job.

First, we set to work stripping off the old cast guttering. We also removed the rotten wooden fascias.

Next, we supplied and fitted new uPVC guttering and fascias.

Finally, we made good the end hip tile.

The work took 5 days to complete.
