Description

We were asked to attend a property in Arbury, Cambridge where moisture issues had developed behind previously overclad timber fascias and barge boards. The hidden rot was beginning to affect the ends of the rafters and allowed sections of the barge boards to come loose from the brickwork.

Our team removed all the overclad and rotten timber fascias, replacing them with new white uPVC. We also renewed the barge boards on the gable end, ensuring they were securely fixed into sound structure. The underlying timbers had failed and were fully replaced where necessary.

To complete the job, we installed new white uPVC guttering across the property. All works were completed over the course of two days.
