Browns Roofing was engaged to upgrade the roofline of a residential property by replacing the existing wooden fascias, soffits and guttering with modern white uPVC alternatives. The client requested a durable, low-maintenance solution to improve the home's appearance and functionality.

The project began with the careful removal of the original wooden fascias and soffits, which had experienced some wear over time. The team ensured that all old materials were removed efficiently and disposed of responsibly.

Next, new white uPVC fascias, soffits and guttering were installed along the entire roofline. These components were chosen for their long-lasting, weather-resistant properties and their ability to require minimal upkeep compared to traditional timber.
