Problem: Rotten fascia boards, dangerously concealed behind uPVC cladding, were causing structural failure.
Solution: Complete removal of rotten wood and uPVC, followed by installation of new uPVC fascias, eaves trays, guttering and a renewed gable end.
Description
We were called to this customer's house because the fascia boards were falling down due to the fact that rotten wood had been covered with uPVC cladding.
The solution? We removed the rotten wood and replaced it with new, weatherproof uPVC fascias. New eaves trays, guttering and a renewed gable end completed the project, ensuring a watertight and attractive finish. Scaffolding provided a safe working platform.
The job took only three days.
