Browns Roofing was contacted by a homeowner in Cambridge to replace the existing fascias, soffits and guttering with new uPVC components.

This job came through a recommendation from the neighbouring property, where similar work had been completed.

To safely access the rear of the property, we erected scaffolding across the back of the conservatory, ensuring secure and efficient installation.

With the scaffolding in place, our team removed the old materials and installed:

• uPVC fascias for improved weather resistance and durability.
• uPVC soffits to enhance ventilation and reduce future maintenance.
• New guttering to ensure effective rainwater management and prevent leaks.

The work was completed in a single day, minimising disruption for the homeowner. The updated uPVC fittings provided a clean, modern finish while offering long-term protection against the elements.
