Roof Leak Repair in Cambridge: Eaves to Chimney Fixed in a Day

Problem: Ongoing roof leak causing water to run into the soffits.
Solution: Removed tiles, replaced felt and battens from the eaves up to the chimney, repointed the main valley, and fixed surrounding areas.

Description

The customer got in touch after spotting water getting into the soffits during bad weather. We found that the leak was coming from the area between the eaves and chimney, where the roof covering had started to fail.

We took off the tiles in that section and replaced the old felt and battens to stop any further water getting in. We also repointed the main valley and made repairs where needed to make everything secure and weatherproof.

All work was finished in a single day.
