Ridge Tile Replacement

Description

The homeowner had noticed that there were some loose roof tiles, so he called three local roofers for advice and a quote.

All three included scaffolding in the quote even though the property was a bungalow.

The homeowner then called Browns Roofing. We knew that the job could be completed quickly and safely using ladders. We were hired!

We lifted the old roof tiles and rebedded new ones with ridge mortar. We also cleaned two of the roof valleys and undertook remedial ponting where needed.

The work took a total of 2 days and we made sure that the outside of the property was left clear and clean of debris before leaving.
