Leaking Guttering & Downpipes Replaced in Arbury, Cambridge

Problem: The guttering and downpipes had been leaking for a long time and needed replacing. Access to a downpipe on the rear dormer extension was particularly difficult.
Solution: All guttering and downpipes were replaced, with the rear dormer downpipe re-fitted using an industrial ladder, avoiding the need for scaffolding and saving the customer additional cost.

Description

It was good to return to this repeat customer in Arbury, Cambridge after working on her rental property last year.

This time, we were asked to work on her own home, where the guttering had been leaking for a very long time. We removed the old guttering and downpipes and replaced them around the property to provide a reliable drainage system.

Access to the downpipe on the rear dormer extension was difficult. Rather than bringing in scaffolding, we were able to reach it safely using an industrial ladder and re-fit the downpipe. This kept the work straightforward and saved the customer the extra cost of scaffolding.
