Roofline and Dormer Renovation in Fulbourn

Solution: The team replaced the dormer shiplap with rosewood tongue-and-groove and renewed the roofline with rosewood fascias and white soffits.

Description

Browns Roofing recently completed work on a residential property in Fulbourn. The project took six days to complete and involved key improvements to the property’s exterior.

The work included:

• Replacing the Dormer Shiplap: The old wooden shiplap on the dormer was replaced with new rosewood tongue-and-groove shiplap, giving a strong and smart finish.

• Roofline Renewal: The roofline around the entire property was renewed. This included fitting rosewood fascias and white soffits to match the new shiplap and improve the overall look of the house.

The team needed to ensure the new shiplap and roofline materials fitted perfectly with the existing structure. With careful planning and attention to detail, the work was completed on time and to a high standard.
